At this time of year, it is particularly important to hold our military personnel who are far from home in our prayers. They are apart from their families so that we can have ours safe at home. For me, this is even more true than ever since my oldest son just completed his Marine Basic Training. We are lucky since he gets to be home this holiday season, but we realize how many others don’t have their sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives home for the holidays.
I had this in mind as I tackled a couple of challenges this morning. First, 2 Sketches 4 You posted a sketch for a gift tag. I combined it with the latest challenge over at My Time to Craft which was to create a Z-fold card.
Remember our troops this holiday season and it you happen to see a soldier, be sure the thank them for their service. I know that I will.
What a lovely card. Thanks for taking part at MTTC.
