Creatively Challenged

Do you ever have a day when you make a card and it just doesn’t thrill you? That happened to me this morning. I love the new sketch from Friday Sketchers and it seemed like it would work so well with the challenge over at Stampin’ for the Weekend – monochromatic. I set to work and made a card, but once it was done, I really didn’t love it. So, I made another card using a very different approach to the same two challenges. I think that I like it much better, but would love to get your opinions on both. So, I am going to post both cards not saying which one was made first and ask you to give your opinions on them.

As you can see, for one, I flipped the sketch upside down, but other than that, I stayed pretty true. So, which one do you like better and why?
